  • milk - 200 ml;

Cooking process:

  1. In a deep frying pan in butter, fry the crushed onion and chopped garlic, add the minced meat and fry for 15 minutes, stirring continuously.
  2. Dice sweet pepper and add to the pan, salt, and pepper. After 3 minutes, the casserole filling is ready, it can be removed from the heat.
  3. We cook the spaghetti according to the recipe on the package, after which we either mix all the pasta in a pan with minced meat, or put half of the spaghetti in a form, minced meat on top, then the remaining spaghetti.
  4. Cut tomatoes into slices, spread on top of spaghetti.
  5. In a small frying pan, dissolve 2 tablespoons of butter, pour the flour, mix and slowly pour the milk. Constantly stirring, cook until it boils, then pour the casserole with this sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs (this can be dill, parsley, cilantro), grated cheese, and put in the oven, heated to 180 ° C. After 25 minutes, the casserole is ready. Let it cool slightly and serve.

Some housewives for the convenience of cooking casseroles take boiled meat and pass it through a meat grinder. This speeds up the cooking time and makes it easier to fry, because such stuffing does not stick together.

Italian casseroles

Types of pasta such as cannelloni and lasagna are designed specifically for dishes such as casseroles. Although called ready-made dishes in the same way as products.   • milk - 0.5 l;
  • flour - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • soft cheese - 0.5 kg;
  • grated hard cheese - 250 g.

Cooking method:

  1. Peel and chop vegetables: onion in half rings, carrot slices, zucchini, pepper, tomato and eggplant in cubes.
  2. Fry in olive oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add chopped garlic. Salt and pepper, remove from heat.
  3. Melt the butter, add the flour, mix until smooth, pour the milk, keep, stirring, over low heat, no more than 5 minutes.
  4. We cut the soft cheese into cubes as small as possible, we interrupt the vegetables in a blender.
  5. Lubricate the form with olive oil.
  6. We fill half the cannelloni with the vegetable filling, the second half with cheese, using a teaspoon. We put them in shape, alternating. It is necessary to lay tightly!
  7. Pour over the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for half an hour in the oven at a temperature of 190 ° C.

Lasagna is prepared in a similar way, only for it you need to boil the sheets, and then lay them, alternating the lasagna and layers of the filling, in a baking dish of lasagna. There is also lasagna that does not require boiling; it is placed in a mold without prior culinary processing.

The bottom layer is best made from two sheets of lasagna (if very thin - from three). And there must also be a leaf of lasagna at the top.

Casserole with pasta and eggs

For cooking, ordinary short horns are best suited, they will create the necessary porous structure.

Ingredients:

  4. Beat eggs with salt, sugar, sour cream and spices.
  5. Pour the prepared pasta with an egg-sour cream mixture so that it completely covers them, sprinkle with greens on top.
  6. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

We take for this dish:

  • lasagna - 12 sheets;
  • cottage cheese - 600 g;
